Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment initially used for purchase.
Shipping:
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders. The shipping fee for all destinations is 30 Dirhams.
Damages or Defects:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days for a refund, replacement, or repair. We are not responsible for damages or defects that occur after the 3 day inspection period.
Exchanges:
